Event Information
Be Santa for a day!
Kick off the holiday season with morning of family fun at the 2nd Annual Santa Shuffle 5K (3.1 miles) and Elf Scoot 1K (.6 miles) benefitting the athletes of Special Olympics New Mexico. Whether you run, shuffle or scoot, you’ll be giving the gift that changes lives.
Registered Santa Shuffle participants will receive a Santa hat, beard and finisher’s ornament. Elf Scoot participants will get a T-shirt. If you are not able to attend the event, but still want to give a gift, register for the “Secret Santa” option.
5k Santa Shuffle Run & Fitness Walk will start promptly at 9:00am.
Elf Scoot 1k will start promptly at 10:00am.
Please show up at the start line 15 minutes early (ready to go) so that you don't miss out!
Packet Pick-up:
Packet pick-up will be available at the Heart & Sole Sports, Friday, December 1st, from noon-4pm.
Heart & Sole Sports is located at: 2817 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
Post-Race Event and Awards:
Join us for post-race refreshments (Posole, Breakfast Burritos and coffee)! Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers.
Parking:
Parking will be available at Anderson Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum.
Bathrooms:
Real bathrooms will be available (whew!). If need be, additional port-o-potties may be made available near the race start.
